Açaí Bowl at home

I have been addicted to açaí bowls since I first tried it at Ju-C Bar last month.




Barely Cooking with Lauren açaí bowl



  1. Purchase Sambazon original blend açaí mix (frozen) at Publix, Whole Foods, or some Costco's.

  2. It takes 2 packets to make one bowl.

  3. Let the packs unthaw just a little maybe 5 minutes (you do not want it to be too watery)

  4. In a blender (blend açaí mix, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries (I added), 1/2 of a banana, and a SPLASH of almond milk) You can make it your own with your favorites fruits and toppings.

  5. Pour into a bowl and top (I like strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, the other half of the banana, granola, and honey)
